Results
First Washington has always delivered for investors outstanding performance
returns. Until its sale as a public company, First Washington carried one
of the highest stock multiples among its publicly-traded peers, and, upon
sale, generated one of the highest annualized shopping center company returns—from
inception to date of sale—for its shareholders. Similarly, during its operation
again as a private company over the last five years, First Washington has
consisently outperformed its pension fund NCREIF benchmark index.
