First Washington maintains a high level of interest in the acquisition of individual shopping center assets, as well as portfolios, throughout the United States. Given its long experience in the industry and its intimate familiarity with markets throughout North America, the Company is in a position to act promptly in connection with its consideration, due diligence and closing on shopping center assets.
Investment Capital and Venturing
In addition to its interest in outright acquisitions, First Washington will provide equity capital to individual and institutional owners and developers of shopping center assets and portfolios. The Company will consider traditional joint venture ownership arrangements, together with mezzanine debt, preferred equity and other structured financing programs and investment vehicles.
Advisory Services
First Washington will assist individual and institutional owners with the evaluation, management, financing, leasing, repositioning, and disposition of their existing shopping center assets, as well as with the development of strategic shopping center investment programs, including the selection and acquisition of additional assets. The advisory services can include First Washington’s participation in the capital funding of individual assets and portfolios.
