Michelle Pitsenberger

Vice President, Property Management

Ms. Pitsenberger joined First Washington Realty in 2016 and serves as the Vice President – Property Management in the Kansas City office. She is responsible for the oversight of property management, tenant relations, project supervision, contract management, budgeting and financial reporting.​ Active in the real estate industry, Ms. Pitsenberger is a member and past President of the Kansas City Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Prior to joining First Washington Realty, she was Vice President for Real Estate Service with Cassidy Turley where she managed over 1 million square feet of commercial office, retail and medical properties as well as served as the operations director for the property management division. Ms. Pitsenberger also holds the professional designations of Certified Property Manager and Real Property Administrator.
