First Washington Realty Participates in Inaugural ICSC+SPECIALTY Conference
First Washington Realty was represented at the inaugural ICSC+SPECIALTY conference in Orlando, Florida, with Director of Marketing Ashley Da Costa and Senior Director of Leasing Jewel Snowden participating in two marketing-focused sessions. Da Costa also served on the ICSC+SPECIALTY 2026 Program Advisory Committee, helping to shape the conference's marketing programming.
Da Costa joined industry leaders as a panelist for Beyond Amenity: How Placemaking Drives Leasing, Traffic and Community Value, exploring how placemaking strategies can support tenant engagement, traffic, leasing activity, and long-term asset value. She also moderated Make the Case: How to Earn Budget Buy-In from Ownership and Leadership, with Snowden serving as a panelist, where the discussion focused on aligning marketing investments with business objectives and communicating measurable results.
