Criteria

Investment Strategy

We make retail investments in stabilized properties that offer convenience, necessity and experiences. We buy market-dominant properties in high barrier markets with strong demographics.
We also are willing to invest in repositioning or redevelopment opportunities. In these cases, the centers do not need to be stabilized. We also invest in retail that is located in a mixed-use environment.

Investment Type

FWR is experienced in single property, portfolio and JV equity transactions and has an in-house due diligence team. We invest in mixed-use neighborhood and community shopping centers, preferably grocery and/or drug anchored.

Investment Parameters

We typically invest a minimum of $10 million in properties. We have the ability to assume existing loans and offer creative structures. We prefer grocery and/or drug-anchored properties located in major metropolitan locations with strong incomes and population growth.
