Dallas, Texas – First Washington Realty, a national real estate investment and management company, announced the acquisition of The Shops at Lake Highlands Town Center in Dallas, Texas. This newly developed 63,209 square foot retail property is located on the corner of Walnut Hill Lane and Skillman Street, anchored by Sprouts and serves the Lake Highlands community.
