Emily Gagliardi

Vice President, Head of Leasing East

Emily Gagliardi is Vice President – Head of Leasing East for First Washington Realty.  She leads the leasing team for the central and eastern US.  Prior to joining FWR, Ms. Gagliardi served as Director of Leasing for North Bethesda-based Federal Realty, where she specialized in redevelopments and merchandising for properties like Birch and Broad, Westpost, and Pike and Rose.  Prior to that, Emily worked in Leasing for Lerner Enterprises, EDENS, and Carl Freeman Associates.

Ms. Gagliardi received her Bachelor of Science from the Robert H Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. She is active in ICSC and ULI and serves on the Board for Montgomery County Childcare Association.
